Les Dames d'Escoffier International, San Diego Chapter is pleased to present a hands-on Spanakopita cooking class and light supper buffet on Tuesday, June 19th from 6:30-9:30 PM. 

Lead by culinary expert and cookbook author, Dame Mary Platis-Papoulias, you will be guided through the use of phyllo, creating a delicious filling, assembling and baking your creation.

As part of the class you will enjoy a light Greek supper including Appetizers, Salad and Dessert. We invite you to bring a bottle of wine to share!

During this hands on class you will prepare  a 1/4 sheet pan of Spanakopita to take home and bake!

Please be sure to bring an apron and two side (tea) towels.
